After receiving quote, I was contacted by telephone. The help I received was great. Everything wsa explained plainly and all questions were answered honestly. The actual shipper arrived a week after the expected pickup date but that was due to mechanical issues. Once pickup was made by chi town transport, delivery from mo to az only took 2 days. The driver was very helpful and friendly. Overall this was a positive experience. If I were to ship another vehicle I would give these guys a call.The price was very reasonable for the distance involved.
