This was our 4th time using Angels moving autos and it has gotten worse each time, we will not use them again. The first time, 2 years ago, was great. On time, really nice driver, came when he said he would, delivered fine. 2nd time they came on time but delivered the car 2 days early, before we were there to accept it. We had to scramble to get friends to withdraw the cash and take delivery of the car, very stressful. The third time the driver was an idiot, wanted my daughter to meet him ON THE HIGHWAY to pick up the car. The office staff at Angels moving Autos did contact the driver when my daughter complained and he did get off the highway to pick the car up, but was still an idiot. Car arrived intact though. This past time, one month ago, the company apparently could not find a transporter. The pick-up time came and went with no word from the company. Each time we called, they would say, "oh, we are going to try someone right now" and then nothing. Finally, my daughter tried one last time on a Friday night (she was out in Montana by now, having started school, with no car) and they said they found a transporter and the pickup would be in 2 hours. Needless to say, I was out with friends 90 minutes from home, had to leave the event,speed home, as we were desperate to just get the darned car moved. The carrier on that one was a nice guy and the car did arrive intact and quite fast, but way too much angst for me to go with them again.
