Truth be told, no body looks forward to shipping a car. For most, the car is their baby and trusts it to no one. Especially those like me that tend to have a serious affection for a particular make/model. Dina (the owner) put any and all worries I had to rest, and this is from someone who has had the last vehicle they shipped stolen in transit... Dina and her assistant Sarah we some of the most helpful people i have ever had the pleasure of working with. I even threw in a few snags along the way, this company worked with me to make sure that i would get my car safe and sound. They were very true to their word as well, one day before the pick-up date, they found me a driver, and not two minute after hanging up with Angels, the truck driver was calling to make sure the strange instructions i had were correct. Angels even called me the day the car was to be picked up, after it was picked up, and after it was delivered to make sure everything went as smooth as it could have been. They really kept my mind at ease with all of their updates as to what was going on, and to make sure that any questions and concerns i might have had were taken care of promptly. Like i said i could not have been happier!!! As for the drivers they hire, at least in my case, are way more than just truck drivers, they know their stuff!!!! I knew what i was told by Angels, what they expect out of the drivers they hire, ect...... it sounds like a gigantic bluff, BUT IT IS ALL TRUE!!!! when they told me that the drivers have to live up to a certain degree of professionalism, i honestly thought "That's nice" but never in a million years did i think i would see it, but then again they only hire the best of the best in truck drivers. Angels standards are quite high, and the truck driver even told me that he works hard to stay on their list. Don (the driver) was awesome, called me to let me know what the plan was, called me to let me know he was close (even though we had an agree upon time and date for delivery) and was even willing to wait for me to get home (6 hours after he called me), granted he was a day early in the delivery, which i am NOT complaining about! From past experiences i know that most driver go an try to do this and that so they are not sitting idle, which opens up possibilities to damage the car.
All in all Angels did a fabulous job, they crossed every "t" and dotted every "i". they made sure that everything was taken care down to the smallest detail, dealt with the strangest requests that i made, and was 100% honest in what they told me and offered me. Even the stuff that seemed to good to be true, was true!!!
I can go on for a very long time about how good this shipment went, but i will sum it up like this: the price was perfect, and actually a little cheaper than most companies i called; highly recommended by my cars forum members (and they trust no one to ship their cars!!!!); Dina and Sarah = AWESOME!; What they offer is what you get and i have no doubt in my mind that the customer will always be happy.
After this, i no longer stress out about shipping cars, and because of Angels, something tells me that my miata collection is going to be getting quite big!!!!! Thanks Angels!!!!!
