Pick up was later than what I wanted due to long weekend and no carrier was available for that. The truck driver was a little paranoid about delivering the car in Pittsburgh due to hilly roads but was able to deliver it at nearby mall. Overall satisfied witht he whole process. The agents were quite helpful. Have used angels three times now and wil use again in future.
