Kuldeep contacted our office on May 17th, for a quote and then called back on the 18th and set up his order. His car was available for pick up immediately, we started the window the following day. We quote an average of 1-7 day pickup window from Northern California, his car was picked up on May 26th which is the 7th day. The vehicle was delivere 6 days later, in perfect condition, no damage, vehicle was cleaned prior to delivery. Mr. Kuldeeps car could have been picked up sooner, however the two carriers available had both had a history of damaging cars so we did not select them. Also, Mr. Kuldeep did have to pay extra because he packed his car with personal items and the carrier would not hauler without being paid an extra fee of $150.00. (There was not a extra $150, but a fee for packing the car)
