My experience was very favorable overall. The non-monetary value of shipping my car versus driving it 1000 miles is extremely high: no extra mileage gets put on the car; i didn't have to drive it at night, refill the gas tank, park overnight in hotel parking lots; the $$ is very near the same as 2 nights in a hotel/gas/food. Even if a couple hundred over, it is well worth it.

My driver was very knowledgeable about car transport. The reason he was late dropping off the car was because he got confused with which address to deliver the car - it ended up being in the suburbs instead of downtown. Once that was correctly understood, the driver was a little late due to inaccurate GPS directions compared to actual street address.

Bottom line: I would use this service again and definitely recommend it to others. The dispatch staff stayed on top of my order from the very beginning and even agreed to research another carrier after I declined to use the initial assigned carrier (driver). Angels Moving Autos provides excellent customer service.
