Customer never called us and let us know about the address change and offered to pay the driver the additional $200 to redeliver the cars.We did have the additional order from him and we did locate a driver. At the time we do charge a credit card for the scheduling fee but the order was never cancelled so we were working on his order. Offered to move another car for customer with no scheduling fee.
We did move his cars for him quickly and that is our job. We were just not notified of customer's changes.
