I was fooled by the Angels auto 5 star rating on this website. I had made reservations 1 month prior to the move with Angels auto thinking it would make it easier, however on the day of the supposed moved, the carrier cancelled on me, did not even inform me, they said they informed Angels Auto, hence the passing of the blame. Kept calling Angels Auto and being given promises, they said that the moving buisness was a very difficult one and I have to be patient. Then I waited for 14 days for them to look for a suitable mover. This is not patient, this is absurd. I even wanted for them to refund the money they already collected, however I was told that this was not possible and the contract states they will find me a carrier within 30 days. I had to rent a car for 21 days until my car arrived. When my car arrived it was so dirty outside. somebody opened something under my hood, that I am having my car seen tommorrow at the dealership to see if anything was taken or replaced since my car is not running the same. I am very diassapointed with their service. I would not want ot deal with these people again. I think the 5 star is a lot of bull.
