The representatives at Angels were forthright with honest, accurate information. I was quoted a correct and firm price when I called---the instant quote generated by my computer inquiry was only a suggestion (much lower than the firm price). Yet, the representative gave me factual information to justify the difference and I booked the transport. The vehicle was picked up within the time frame. Delivery was slightly later (just by a day) than we expected but well within limits.
The driver (from ODT Auto Transport) at delivery was a bit evasive about some minor damage that was new. I thought that was a bit shifty. I told the Angels rep about that when they called
to ask about my experience and I was assured that I needed to contact the carrier. (I have not had the opportunity at this point to make that call.) I will update if Angels does not help.
I have been asked once and e-mailed by Angels to submit my review!!
