I contracted with Angels Moving Auto’s, Inc. to move our truck from Brownsville, Oregon to Birmingham, Alabama. Angels sub-contracted with Auto Movers of Florida, Inc. to do the actual transport. I requested a 24 hour notice for pick up. As the dates I had originally discussed for transport neared, I had not heard from Angels and so I called to find out exactly when they were planning on picking up the truck. They informed me that the truck was scheduled to be picked up that day in approximately 2 hours. When I delivered the truck for pick up, I was informed by the driver of the transport vehicle, “Johnson”, that he would not be loading the truck at that time, but leaving it and coming back for it in a few hours. I was extremely uncomfortable leaving the truck unattended in a lot for an unspecified amount of time. The driver said he had to pick up another vehicle and then would come back and get my truck. My truck could have obviously been picked up later and given me more time to make arrangements for my personal transportation after drop off. I was concerned that the initial request for 24 hour notice had not been complied with and as a result I had to make last minute arrangements.
Also, in the initial request, specific instructions were given that the truck could not be delivered between two particular dates as there would be no one at the destination to take delivery. The actual date and time for delivery changed over the span of two days due to a break-down of the transport vehicle. When we contacted Auto Movers of Florida, Inc., the dispatch/owner talked to us, but had difficulty locating the driver and then providing us with an actual time we could expect delivery. It became obvious that the dispatcher was either not in control of his driver or was not being truthful with us about the situation. The truck was finally delivered on the first date of the specified “non delivery” dates which resulted in significant rescheduling of business travel and associated charges for our Company.
Once possession of the truck was taken, Angels was again notified of the problems that had occurred. They informed us that they were not responsible for any issues we had with the transport and would not stand behind their subcontractor’s mistakes. We trusted Angels to do a professional job as we had checked them out on the internet reviews. Due to the fact that Angels is rated number one in the Nation, we assumed that they would move our truck safely and professionally across the United States. In essence they were only there to schedule the move, take our money and then leave us with a subcontractor that was not reliable or professional. To make matters worse, it was apparent, by the significant changes in the settings of both the radio and the A/C, that the transport driver had been in our truck longer than just to load and unload the transport vehicle.
We were more than disappointed in the lack of professionalism and unwillingness of Angels Moving Autos to respond to our concerns. As a result we will not be utilizing their service in the future, nor will we recommend them to any of our clients or associates.

Dear Nancy Thankyou for your feedback, we are always welcome to everyones opinion. At the time you scheduled an order with our office we made you aware that the route you were shipping on was a difficult one, and the drivers on it are few and far between. It just so happened we had a carrier become available, with yes, a short pickup window. However, you as the customer have the right to say no, and wait for the next available truck. Our carrier contacted your husband for the delivery of the vehicle, and due to your husbands flight plans being changed, the delivery of the vehicle had to be changed. Your husband instructed the carrier when and where to deliver the vehicle, and that was handled with them. Our office became less caring of your needs when you began yelling at staff members. Notes in your order show that you had been threatening a negative reviews for days prior to the delivery, and were very disrespectful and rude to our staff. Your vehicle was delivered safe and sound.
