I felt that the customer service was very good. They worked with me to have the vehicle shipped at a later date after I learned that I would not be ready by the original date. The vehicle was delivered as expected within the agreed-upon time frame. (Actually a bit early.) They followed up with me afterwards to confirm delivery. This is the first time I've transported a car, however, so I don't have any experiences to compare it to.
