Karen & Dina couldn't have been nicer. I had previously cancelled with another company after I heard a few horror stories. The irony is that they contracted with the same transporter, JB Sullivan, who turned out to be trustworthy, quick and careful. The truth, as one soon learns, is that it all depends on which transporter happens to be nearest you car and is going the way you want it to go. It all goes to an online bulletin board. The people you talk to on the phone are all brokers. Karen & Dina must be among the nicest.
