This is the 2nd time I worked with Angels Auto Company. My first move was in 2006 from Illinois to Nevada & it was excellent. Driver arrived on-time. Delivery was done before the actual delivery date. The place where the truck was parked was far away from my address. So the driver actually lowered my car, drove it to pick me up & then I drove him back. No damage. Nothing stolen. It was a dream esp after hearing horror stories of auto transport.

Going by 1st experience, I didn't think of anyone else for my 2nd move from Nevada to Texas. The truck driver did arrive on time. However, this time around it wasn't as breezy. To start with the driver said that he lost our Bill of Lading. So basically, he wanted to pick up my car & in return I would have nothing as a proof - if the vehicle was damaged or lost. Then he threatened to leave my car & go if we didn't hurry up. I then reached out to the Angels customer service & they intervened. Finally, he used some old BOL, scratched off the old info & wrote details abt our car. Between his first reluctance & eventual acceptance I had to be continuously on phone with Angels, my wife who was in NV co-ordinating the move & the truck driver.

Finally, he took the car. For delivery too, I had a bit of a problem. There was big construction going at the place of the delivery of my car. So to avoid inconvenience to the driver, I asked him to deliver the car about 2 miles away from the place. Then he demanded more money for the switch. Again I had to reach out to Angels & they co-ordinated & he delivered at the new place for no extra charge.
Overall though he arrived before time and there was no theft or damage to my vehicle
