No BS - No Excuses - Great customer service

I'm so glad we chose Angels Moving Autos to get our "extra" car to our new home!

We had so many balls in the air with selling one house one day, closing on a new house the next day, getting the house and cats packed, and moving us all to another state, it's amazing that everything got to where it needed to go when it needed to be there! It was a relief having someone else worrying about getting the car picked up and delivered.

After checking several auto movers I chose Angels Moving Autos. I spoke with Dina Gifford-Morton the president of the company and I could immediately tell that she was 100% customer focused.

I got that right. Dina proved it when the driver for the contract trucking company gave some lame excuse that he wouldn't be picking up my car on time. So, I called and spoke with Dina.

Well, believe me, Dina doesn't take lame excuses from the truck drivers! She and I got on a three way call with the driver and within an hour he was loading my car on his truck with no excuses. And, he delivered it on time and in good order.

Let's face it, stuff like this happens. I'm just glad that I had Dina on my side.
