Very good customer service. They were very upfront from the start. The pickup was within a few days of getting the quote and agreeing to use their service. The truck got to the destination rapidly. The only downside was that there was a small crack in the window, which I was told was considered an "act of god". However, the company offered a Starbucks gift card since it wasn't covered by insurance. I dinged them one star since I never got the giftcard. But I would definitely use them again.
