I had read so many good reviews, I was suprised by the service. Everyone at Angles and Autos was nice, but they had no real input with the people moving our car. Angles and Autos told us when the car was going to be picked up, but the dispatch people had no idea they were supposed to pick up the car that day. The drivers never picked up their phone on the day we had been told they were coming (Saturday), answered the phone the following day (Sunday), said then that they would come Monday to pick up the car. Finally came Tuesday morning after we called them several times to come pick up the car. We waited basically 3 1/2 days for them to show up. Angles and Autos had no idea when they were coming or when the car was going to be delivered. We were moving cross country and the car needed to get to California after we arrived there so we could actually pay for it. Angles and Autos would tell me that they would help to accommodate us, but had no say with the drivers. They were completely unreliable. I never got text updates as I was told I would. It was ridiculous how poor the service was. I would never use them again and would never recommend it to anyone. The car was in fine shape but the stress associated with moving cross country was amplified by their lack of organization, reliability, or ability to communicate or accommodate us.
