1st, my experience with America’s Choice Auto Movers was fantastic. I had completed researching the different carriers and pricing and had decided on America’ Choice as their advertisement, your reviews, and my voice and email contacts with them had helped convince me they could perform my move the best.
Since my request was made on December 31, 2005 and the New Year was on us, I figured it could take some time before my vehicle could be picked up. My conversation with Janelle with America’s Choice confirmed the possible delay due to the holidays. I went ahead and placed my order and went on with my business on New Years Eve (day). To my surprise, Janelle called me back within two hours to tell me she had already booked a carrier, she had already contacted the person on the sending end and my vehicle was being picked up within the hour. All of this is on New Years Eve.
I was told my car should arrive in Indiana on the 5th or 6th of January and the driver would keep me informed of his itinerary. On Thursday, Mark Meyer, the driver called me to tell me where he was and when to expect him. He made contact with me several more times as he got closer just to keep me informed. He was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. I really appreciated him and the job he did for me.
Based on my experience with America’s choice, I would recommend them and definitely use them again.
