After many calls, lost deposits, no shows, ets. this company did weverything right and on time. great experience. They promised to pick up within 7 days, and when they told me my dirvers name and that he would callin 3 days, he did. He didn't give me very much advanced notice; like 20 minutes, but i think he would have waited if I needed more time
