Running an auto transport brokerage is a tough business because so many things are beyond your control. So when I was choosing a transport broker, I wasn’t looking for a perfect move but for a high-rated company that respond to their customers if there were problems. ACAM appeared to be just that. They promptly posted my initial request for a transporter to pick up my ’68 GTO for a move from FL to TX on June 1 and secured a transporter for the 1st or 2nd. When it became obvious the transporter was not going to show up, they responded to my e-mail within 30 min and rescheduled the move to June 3 or 4. When the same unreliable transporter stood ACAM and me up a second time, they reposted my move, secured a second company immediately, and that company called me within half an hour to pick a date and time. My GTO left FL on the 7th of June and arrived in TX on the 11th. Hats off to Brooke of ACAM who was extremely responsive to my situation and worked diligently to find a second transporter. ACAM also vowed to not use the first unreliable company again. So my choice in ACAM was validated. They quickly responded to my e-mails and phone calls and chose a transporter who carried my car to its destination safely. I can recommend them without reservation.
