Our experience with this company was great, shipping a car from Austin, TX to northern New Jersey. Everything was explained carefully, with all questions answered patiently. Driver assignment and pickup were accomplished within a few days after placing the order. The driver was extremely careful loading the car, and was very cautious about all the cars on the truck (possible scratching due to overhead tree branches were a concern in terms of planning the local routes for pickup and delivery). The car was picked up on a Thursday and delivered early the following week, well within the estimated time frame. No complaints; we'd use them again without hesitation.
