I contracted American Auto Transport also goes by the name Cross County Auto Transport located in Fort Lauderdale Florida, to transport by car to Fort Woth Texas, i sign the contract
on june 18,2007 the pick up date was june 27, 2007, The car was never pick up the date
call coustumer service and i spoke to Tina, very poor coustumer service skills they are train to be
rude with the public. after that i have leave the car in florida with a relative that also got frustaded with this people any ways after 1 month of waiting for a driver to show up never happen.
At this time I'm requesting my deposit back and never never never again i hope the go out of
business soon, i will let you guys know if i ever got my deposit back. PEOPLE KEEP WRITING
