All American auto transport is a pathetic business. I have found several reviews on their bad service and lies on the internet. All of them nearly identical to my situation. ALEX WHITAKER AND TINA MILLS both lied to me about their company and services.

My car was available for pickup at Long Beach CA on May 3rd 2007. To this day May29th 2007 I have been lied to and mis-treated by Tina Mills the customer service representative. She told me I would have my car by the end of this month, now she tells me that there are no drivers available until after memorial day. She told me that on May 16th 2007 she sent a driver to pick up my car and that it would arrive to me at my door before the end of the month. When I called her back on the 25th she said that there were no available drivers. She flat out lied to me. She even said that on the 16th when I called they had no idea my car was available for pick up, and that if I did not call who knows how long my car would be sitting there! And still, it is not on its way. I do not know what to do now. I have written letters to the Better Business bureau and to the Attorney Generals of Illinois and Florida (Florida is where they are based out of). And I am going to do so to th rest of they states. Do not use this so-called company, for it will only bring you inconvenience and stress.
