The initial contact broker Sabrina assured my 84 yr old mother that pick-up would be on a certain date and called my mother numerous times with high pressure tactics to get charge card # for deposit. Paperwork faxed to my mother that vehicle would be picked up on such a date and that upon delivery of vehicle, driver was to receive $650 cash. Not only was vehicle picked up 10 late, driver had different paperwork for $800.00 cash.

Calls to the Vice President Jennifer, customer service rep Jennifer and President Peter were all to no avail. They promised that a Board of Director would phopne my mother but it has still not happened 2 weeks later that promise was made. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY.IT WILL COST YOU TIME AND MONEY THAT YOU DO NOT EXPECT. I now must go to Florida Attorney General, Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerca and Better Business Bureau
