This was my first time having a car shipped, and even though my schedule and the weather were not cooperative, Chris and the team at American Auto Transport were. Customer service was excellent: all of my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed immediately. There was no waiting time during phone calls and no annoying, evasive answers.
I was a little nervous about having someone else carry my car, but my fears were groundless. My car arrived clean and undamaged. The delivery drivers were courteous when they arrived and encouraged me to look my vehicle over before they left to make sure I was satisfied.
In all, the experience was pleasant. I am very happy with the degree of honesty and professionalism I was met with, and the superior service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone transporting a vehicle long distance. If I ever need to have a car shipped in the future, I would gladly use American Auto Transport for my needs.
