WE had gone with another company with over a 2 month early reservation. They required a deposit. They had poor customer service and then failed to pick-up our car at the gauranteed time. This left my wife and two infants across the country without a car. The other company kept giving me promises and then said I could cancel the order at any time, but that they would keep the deposit. After some choice words with them, I called Dianne at American Auto Relocation and it made all the difference. She priced the car for transport appropriately and said she would never take money without first providing a service. She did all of this on short notice. She had a carrier pick-up the car on the day she said she would arrange for and the car was delivered by professionals on the day they said they would arrive. Dianne was always available and coordinated the pick-up with the friends I left my car with and my wife on the other end, while I was busy with work and traveling. She really put oour family at ease and did everything she said she would. We will not hesitate to use them again, and I have recommended her to my company.
