We are always disappointed when a customer's shipment becomes a frustration to them. Every customer trusts us with their vehicle shipment and our goal is for not only our team to offer excellent service, but the carrier as well. Every carrier that does not offer excellent service goes through a review to determine if they will be used as a Preferred Carrier with AmeriFreight. During shipment, every customer is given a direct phone number to the carrier as well as to our dispatch office. Our team will do everything possible to assist the customer with the shipment. All carriers are fully insured, so any damage incurred during transit can be submitted as a claim. If any damage is found within 48 hrs of delivery, the AFTA plan will assist in covering that.
