My truck arrived ahead of schedule by 4 days. Everything prior to the arrival was handled in an expected manner. Contact was very good by email and phone when needed. I was able to talk to a person when needed (such as the dispatcher at the holding area, and the representatives of AmeriFreight). Jonathan who was my initial contact and was true to his word in all stages of the delivery answering his phone in all cases. He did not seem to be aggravated, but extremely helpful in educating me on some of the ways of the transportation business and navigating the straits to get my truck to me. By him doing this I was better able to understand my situation and the possibility that my price may change, as it did, and as expected.
Being that Jonathan was my main contact he, as others, kept me inform and overall I had an better than expected experience for a first time shipping. Those thing in their control they handled well, and those thing outside of their control they assist me with their experience and know how to get the job done. As for as I am concerned I would use them again because of their honesty, and knowledge of the industry, and their ability to spare the customer surprises with a patient to explain the expected and unexpected details. I consider this a job well done. By the way my truck arrived in excellent shape with a friendly dispatcher that adjusted my delivery to my work schedule, and a courteous driver who even called before arriving. All in all this is a story that ended well. Thanks Jonathan and the AmeriFreight staff for a "job well done."
