This was my first time using a vehicle shipping service and I highly recommend Bobby Terry for his very helpful explanations, thoughtful guidance, regular updates, and diligent responsiveness! I needed my car transported over a long distance to relatively rural area at a time just before a holiday. Bobby was able to find a wonderful carrier (Nine Express) who was very communicative, friendly, and dedicated! The other AmeriFreight staff who I was fortunate to work with were also so helpful. These staff included Trish, who provided great coordination between the carrier and me close to the pick-up time and who was also conscientious about checking in on how the process was going.
