Chantal worked with me to transport a vehicle from West coast to East coast. Despite how daunting the task looked and how busy I was, Chantal was able to work with me via text and email, which was much more convenient to me than phone calls. The only times I had to call was right when the carrier picked up the car and right when they dropped it off. The experience was mostly pain free. The only slight hiccup came when the transport truck arrived at the destination. Due to how large the truck is, it cannot go into a residential area to drop the car off at its final destination so it had to stop nearby. This is something I would've liked heads up on, but it was a very minor inconvenience all things considered.
