AmeriFreight was helpful and understanding through and through. The first thing I liked most about AmeriFreight was their hassle-free communication via email. I find that communicating via phone can be tedious at times and for a person on the go it can be quite hard to do. Raechel at AmeriFreight was very diligent about answering any emails I sent to her. She sent me emails that led me easily through the process and answered any questions I had along the way.

During my hectic moving madness, I misunderstood something I read and chose the wrong pickup window option. I called frantic the two days before my car needed to be moved and AmeriFreight took care of everything. They found me a shipper who was able to pick up my car the next morning and easily upgraded my service. I was surprised how kind they were through the whole process because most companies will penalize you for customer error.

My car was picked up on a Saturday morning in Los Angeles and was received by me in Portland, OR just two days later. The car was in the exact condition I left it with no damage to the vehicle. I would absolutely recommend AmeriFreight to family and friends and would use them in the future. They made the entire process from start to finish hassle-free while being quite affordable.
