AmeriFreight was the broker who found me Vista transportation. They did everything that I hoped they would do - and met my expectations. They answered the phone promptly and proactively contacted me. They explained the process to me. They found me a safe shipper who picked up at my house and dropped off at my new house. There weren't any unexpected fees after the fact.
The only thing that was annoying was that it was $100 more than I had been quoted in the beginning, but I did have the opportunity to turn down Vista and wait for a lower bid.
My car pick up was two days early and on the other side I had to talk them into delivering it on the day I thought we had agreed (they wanted me to come pick it up, or wait an extra 4 days). But that's just how long distance moves go. Everything takes longer than you wish it would. If those are your expectations going into it, then little things like that won't ruffle your feathers too much.
