I had to stop & write this review! I used their services in 2010. There were little issues like mis communcation & such-but I'm suprised to see such bad reviews!I'm literally back to use their services again!I think most of the miscommunication or misunderstanding the first time I did this was because I just didn't understand the process & my csr didnt speak clear english. But, my car was delivered in a timely manner & without incident. I'd call that a good experience! I'd say use them but ask questions if you dont understand because this is not a normal everyday transaction & you might not get what you "thought" you would...! Good luck
