After I finally got the truck, I worked around a guy that used to hual cars for companies like this and he told me that the majority of the companies are rip-offs. I work out of town and I was trying to get this done as soon as possible. Reggie, the broker, was the only nice guy and tried to get things resolved. When I filled out the information online for what I was wanting to have hauled and from where, the prices kept changing from $750 to finally $1195. I finally got a phone call from Reggie saying that he had a hauler ready to pick up on a Friday, but the driver wanted another $150. I was mad and frustrated but just wanted to get through this nightmare so I agreed to pay extra. I get an e-mail saying that the truck would be delivered on the following Tuesday. I called the trucking company on a Sunday and talking to somebody that I could hardly understand and he told me Wednesday and that he did not send the e-mail the broker did. I understand things can happen for these truckers and they are only allowed to drive 8 or 9 hours a day. I've worked up by Boston and I know how long it takes to drive straight through so the broker needs to get their crap together because I had to call my boss man and tell him I would need another day off because the idiots can't get their act together. I took off to recieve this truck but by them not haveing their act together, they cost me another day. I called customer service and talked to an asshole named Tom who was rude and mouthy. I never once raised my voice or asked them to reimburse me for the days that I took off, but would they knock off a litte bit, he said that wasn't his problem. So , instead of costing me $1195 it ended up costing me $1345. I will never buy another vehicle off e-bay again, but if you do, try to fly or drive to go get it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY especially because of TOM.

John Gutierrez, You are not telling the truth! We do not compensate reviewers. Why would we pay for your bad review? It just shows you do not tell the truth. You were not moving a car. You were moving an OVERSIZED DUALLY TRUCK. You are blaming the broker because the carrier was a day late delivering. We never told you to take off work. And we were NEVER rude to you!
