The salesman are incredibly helpful with booking the load and offering a great rate! Definitely will use again should u ever have to ship anything. The only complaint I have is that its sometimes difficult to get ahold of the specific individual handling your load. In addition, the shipper was late to pickup & delivery, but that was not something they could control. upon finding out they would be late the broker bonded over backwards in an attempt to find a new shipper.
