Overall I'm satisfied with All State to State Transport with the delivery of my vehicle from Maryland to Illinois. The two most important expectations, price and safe delivery, met my expectations. One suggestion is to improve communication about the transport. I was originally told it would be picked up on Friday and delivered Saturday. Saturday afternoon rolls around and I had not heard anything so I reached out to the rep I was working with and was told my vehicle was getting picked up Saturday at 4 pm ET and would arrive on Sunday (no ETA). We literally waited around all day Sunday waiting for the vehicle to arrive and it finally was delivered at 8 pm CT which is totally fine, but would have appreciated some additional updates on ETA so we could have some sort of time frame to work with instead of just having to wait at home all day not knowing if it would be 8 am or 8 pm. Otherwise, make sure you have cash on hand to pay the balance when the driver arrives...I had to scramble to put together the cash to pay him as they don't take credit card on delivery...once again, this is totally fine I just wish I knew that ahead of time. Overall satisfied and would recommend. Jennifer LIsa was the person who communicated with me and was very helpful and friendly.
