All State to State Auto Transport service deliver my vehicle I purchased in Maryland and delivered it to me in Illinois. Overall I am satisfied…the two most important things were performed well…the price was fair and the car was delivered in good shape. One recommendation would be keeping the customer more updated regarding the estimated time of arrival…we waited all day on a Sunday for the delivery which didn’t end up happening until 8 pm….which is totally fine, but would have appreciated some sort of update on the ETA as we literally stayed home all day as we didn’t know when the vehicle was going to be delivered. Other than that, no other complaints and satisfied with the service and would recommend to others. One more thing, you have to have cash to pay the driver the remainder of the balance once delivery is complete which, once again, is fine but I wasn’t aware of that and had to scramble to get the cash once the driver arrived.
