The company's dispatchers were very upfront and said that it was practically impossible to have a vehicle picked up exactly on the date we needed it. They suggested at least a 2-day window for an early pick-up. This enabled us to plan accordingly.
Cars were delivered on time without any damage to the vehicles.
I'm very satisfied with the transportation of my vehicles.
