This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY!!

I called this company on Friday of New Years weekend to arrange pick up of a car. They told me because it was the holiday weekend they would not guarantee a pick up date.
After I gave them my credit card for a 200 dollar deposit I looked on line and saw terrible reviews. I called back two hours later before 5pm and everyone had left the office. I emailed that I wanted to cancel my order. I left messages that I wanted to cancel the order.
A man from the company called back but when I returned his call no one was in the office again.
I notified AMerican Express to cancel the charge. They did but this trucking company disputed it saying they confirmed to me a pick up. They sent a receipt that makes it look as though services have been rendered.
NO SERVICES WERE EVER RENDERED BY THIS COMPANY THEY MADE TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for doing nothing other than answering the phone and taking my credit card.
I eventually used a very honest company who delivered the car beautifully!
ALL COAST AUTO TRANSPORT IS NOT A COMPANY I WOULD EVER USE!!!
I had a very unhappy experience, in my experience they took my money for nothing in return.

This customer placed this order on News Years Eve weekend. We were open all day on the day she claims to have tried to call us. We were never notified of this cancellation until after we dispatched a carrier driver within a few days. This is case were a customer signed and agreed to our terms and conditions including our non-refundable cancellation fee and decided to sign with another broker that most likely persuaded her with a lower quote. She lost her credit card dispute because the credit card company was in full agreement that we rendered our service.
