Our vehicle was picked up on 12/7/11 in Bridgewater, NJ with an ETA of 12/13/11 in Naples, Fl.
Driver claimed transporter had turbo problems on the Ga/Fl border. In reality, he had driven the vehicle over 500 miles and attemped to repair damage to the trunk (dent) with an aerosol spray;the kind you buy in a hardware store. Car was delivered on 12/15/11 after the driver attemped to cover his dishonesty. When Brian West of Brinel Business Enterprises(actual transporter)was notified on 12/16/11, he stood by his driver and basically implied I was lying. Car was transported to Germain BMW for assessment, repaired and then sent to Pine Ridge Auto Works for trunk repair. Needless to say, I was deceived, inconvenienced and made to pay bills I did not expect because of this carrier's total disregard for my property. All involved should be off the road.

Although damage to any vehicle during transport is rare and extremely rare during a closed carrier, we always regret hearing that a carrier may have caused damage to a vehicle. We have provided this customer with all the necessary information in order to make an insurance claim with the carrier. It is extremely important that vehicles are inspected for damage upon delivery. Claims made after delivery without notation upon delivery make it difficult. Although this customer has given us a negative review, he has at least admitted, as brokers we had nothing to do with this alleged damage. The review should have been directed to the carrier since they are the insured and responsible party.
