I was completely shocked at how easy this transport experience was. The company answered all of my questions, had excellent customer service, was on time at both pick up and delivery. I never expected to be so completely satisfied. The driver gave me his cell phone number and communicated with me several times to confirm details and was very polite and courteous, even made a last minute change of location for drop off for my convenience. In a day where customer service is lacking at all levels in every area of business, I cannot say enough for this transport company and the drivers that work for them. The car was delivered in excellent shape and within 1 week of my initial inquiry. In addition, this company quoted me between $200 and $600 less than the other 8 companies I inquired about.I was concerned as to why they were so much cheaper (the old adage, you get what you pay for) but my experience with Jordan in the office was so positive and reassuring I decided to go with them and I AM GLAD I DID! Will definitely use them again!
