The website provides good information. The telephone call making the booking was efficient. The driver was clean cut and nice appearance. Very knowlegeable. He kept in touch with us prior to pick up and delivery time. The only weak link in the process was having to call the main office as to the day of pick up. It would have helped to know the day of pick up in advance. After the connection was made between driver and us everything went very smooth. Yes, we would use the service again.
