HORRIBLE SERVICE!! NO COMMUNICATION!

Placed and order with All Aboard Auto Shipping WAY ahead of time (I believe a little over a month in advanced), and was quoted a good price. They did call me the day before my car was to be picked up. Next day, my car was NEVER picked up! I called them before they closed and was told to call back in 30 minutes. Called back and was told that the driver/route was behind and to call back again in 45 minutes. First off..if the route was behind why was I CONTACTED to be told?!?! I was leaving the state the next day!! So I called back 45 minutes as the lady said to and THEY WERE CLOSED!! I was TICKED off! Here I am, leaving out of state the next day and had no cllue what was going to happen to my car!! So, I called the next day before my flight (Saturday) and NO ONE ANSWERED! Their "message machine" states they are open on Saturdays..I repeatedly called and still no one answered. This company has HORRIBLE customer service and gives the run-around! I had to leave my car with a friend until I could call them when they were opened on Monday. I called them that Monday, and they still were giving me a bunch of BS...they said someone could pick it up the next day for pretty much double the amount I was quoted. I declined that offer and they said they will work on it and call me back the next day. Next day came, no phone call..I again had to call THEM! Again after some more bull, they said that they will get it figured out by the end of the week and they would call me...end of week came, no phone call, no car! I had to call them AGAIN and I was so fed up with the bull crap and jacked up prices I told them I wanted to cancel my order. Now they finally wanted to work with me...and then they offered me more, and said my car could be shipped for the price I was quoted. I still declined and said I wanted a refund. To me, if someone wants my business, or want to keep good business, communication is important..and they literally stink at it. Well now here it is almost month after I cancelled my order, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! I called them today and was being told to call back, to call back, and finally I stated I am tired of being told different stories, and still I am to call back! I have had it with this company, and HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!
