Agatanor Trucking-Won't Address Vehicle Damaged Enroute

On Sunday, November 5th, Agatanor Trucking delivered my 2017 Buick Cascada to my home in Indio CA. The car was delivered ahead of schedule! The day of delivery, I washed the car and noticed an abrasion on the trunk mounted antenna fin. The car was filthy when I accepted it from Agatanor's driver (Vadim), thus I did not notice it at that time. There was no other damage to my vehicle resulting from the trip from Michigan to California.

On Monday, November 6th, I emailed Christina Bloom at Dynamic Auto Movers (my broker) to determine how to file a claim to repair the damage. Ms. Bloom told me to contact your company to report the matter and inquire as to what you needed to file a claim.

I called Agatanor and talked to Vlad who said he would leave a message with the woman who handled damage claims (Vickie) to call me. I left follow-up calls on Vickie’s extension on the 9th and 13th. Vickie has not returned my calls.

On Tuesday, November 14th I sent an email to Mr. Evtimov, a principle, requesting his involvement in the matter. Also I sent him pictures of the antenna fin the day car was picked up (showing no damage), and the delivery day (showing damage)...as well as two repair quotes.

I addition, I asked Agatanor's insurance agent to contact Vickie regarding the matter.

Today is Sunday, November 19th and I haven't be contacted by a Agatanor representative.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED in their behavior.
