This was the first time using a transport company. I learned very quickly that transport companies are like car sales people in their tactics to get business.. Text messages, e-mails, phone calls, and probably smoke signals. Agape was no different.

My car was "available" for pick up on Monday, scheduled for pick up on Wednesday, delivery scheduled for Saturday. Well within the "Rock bottom" pricing that I paid for. Cool. But do to issues, the car wasn't picked up until Friday and delivered until Sunday. Again, well within the Rock Bottom pricing. Very cool.

I never felt that I received the same customer service attention that other reviewers on this site got. I had to e-mail Agape to get updates on my vehicle. Didn't know that the truck had mechanical issues until I e-mailed Agape and they called the trucking company. And after the vehicle arrived, I would have assumed that Agape would have verified this. All I received were e-mails asking me to rate the service. In fact, I received more e-mails to rate the service than updates on the shipping.

Props to the actual trucking company that delivered the car. He was very nice to talk to, worked with me on a drop of location when the "door to door" option wasn't going to work. And he drove from Oklahoma to South Carolina in less than 24 hours. Only reason that the delivery was a day late was because another customer wanted to make things difficult. (R.A.M. Did they deliver a car within the prescribed time? Yes. Was it the service that I agreed to? Yes, it wasn't exactly Door to Door service, but in the contract I signed said the driver would do his best. Will I go back with Agape? Probably not.

Due to mechanical issues, weather, etc, it is possible to the carriers to be delayed or even be ahead of schedule; therefore the dates provided are estimated. We apologize that you feel you did not receive top notch customer service. Our #1 goal is to provide exceptional customer service to all of our customers.
