On 2/9/12, I contracted with Sandy at Agape to have my 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan transported from Caledonia, Michigan to Madison TN. I requested the “Rock Bottom” rate knowing that I may have to wait a while before my van would be delivered. I was presently surprised to get a call later that day informing me that the pickup had been scheduled. The estimated pick up date was the 9th but wasn’t picked up until the 11th. I understood that transporting a hauler of vehicles across the country is not an exact science and the customer needs to understand that his/her vehicle is not the only one the driver has to pick up and deliver and that it is unrealistic to expect an exact time or date for pick up or delivery. Patrick with S & B transport called me Friday evening and said he was leaving Michigan. I told him that I would meet him at Walmart to make the delivery easier, but it was raining and he drove his hauler literally to my door after he realized that I was disabled. I seriously doubt that very many drivers would have even attempted to drive a car hauler on the street I live on. It was obvious to me that Patrick was a very considerate person and understood how much my vehicle meant to me. My Dodge was in perfect condition and Patrick drove the van to the front door of my building. Patrick was very friendly and we talked several minutes before he shook my hand and left. My van arrived 1 day earlier than the estimated delivery date. I was very satisfied with the $680 rate and the overall experience was very good. I want to thank Sandy and Agape for transporting my van and I highly recommend Agape Transport.
