Donna at Adanvanced Auto Transport came to my rescue.
Originally, I contracted a broker to ship my vehicle. They sit on it for 14 days not being able to find me a driver. And I even wrote to them saying I could prop up the price. They were still not able to do anything! Look at their fine print, you need to wait 14 days so that you can get your money back. What's the catch on their side? Nothing!
This is when Donna at AAT came my rescue. I found AAT's profile on transport reviews, company by region. Donna was really helpful and honest from the start in letting me know what the accurate cost is.
She found a driver from Shamrock transport (also from Michigan). During the process Donna has made me feel she really cares. She acted fast. And the vehicle was shipped in a timely fashion. You can imagine how I felt when getting my car after that much wait (due to the previous broker)!
