My transport experience was was excellent. I contacted Advanced Auto Transport, LLC after having placed my transport request online and receiving dozens of contacts via automated emails and pre recorded voicemails from other companies. I quickly learned the basics of Auto transporting 101 by speeking and replying to dozens of brokers who quoted one price online and jacked that price up when I returned the call. Needless to say, I did not feel comfortable with any broker I spoke to and was left after weeks of emails and phone calls with an inoperatable vehicle I did not feel comfortable being moved by those I spoke to. Everyone told me that they were giving me the lowest price, I would find to move my vehicle. But everyday someone else gave me an even lowre price. I then decided to look locally for a carrier or broker that I could walk right in and talk too. Someone I could walk to their door, if a problem should occur. I found Advanced Auto Transport, LLC right in my backyard, at most 15miles from my home. Right away Donna my contact at Advanced Auto Transport gave me a competative no non sense price that she confirmed with confedence would attract prospective carriers in the Ontario, CA area, to pick up and deliver my inoperatable vehicle within my timeline. Within only a few days of our conversation a driver was identified and confirmed available. My vehicle was then pickup up with care and was delivered within 4 days total. The Carrier selected went above and beyond by helping the people at the origin location get the inoperatable vehicle in position and pre load ready. At delivery the driver/carrier contacted me 1hr ahead of schedule and confirmed the safest location to unload my vehicle. The car was unloaded 2 blocks from my door only because comercial vehicles of his size were not allowed on my street. Bottom line, I would choose and recommend Auto Transport, LLC for my other transportation needs and to friends as well as associates.
