Advance Car Carrier notifies the customer in advance when the vehicle will be dropped off. Unfortunately we cannot give an exact time, as we have to deliver/pick up other vehicles and those things not always goes smooth. That customer was notified about few hours of delay as that happened. On other hand the window had an existing damage before. When the driver had to follow the loading procedure and lower the window to check if the vehicle was properly loaded, he wasn’t able to close the window back.
When customer choosing an open trailer he/she is aware that vehicle can get dirty. That’s why is open trailer transporting is less expensive than covered. More people would spend an extra $10 to wash their cars just to save on transporting.
Regarding $1000 auto bill that stated in the customer’s review $950 was paid for the vehicle delivery. We deliver the vehicle ASIS.
