This customer’s review is TOTALLY FALSE! The vehicle was picked up and delivered at estimated time. Our driver called the customer before noon to arrange a delivery. Customer was very rude and yelled on our driver that he is expecting his vehicle to be delivered before 4 pm on that day. To make that customer happy our driver told the customer that he can deliver his vehicle in one hour. Customer responded that he changed his mind and he doesn’t want us to deliver his vehicle, as he will pick up his vehicle by himself from our terminal.
While pick up, the customer inspected his vehicle and drove away. Next thing, in an hour later he called our company and claimed that his tired was damaged. We asked the customer to make pictures and send to us, that we can see the damage. When we received the pictures, we could see that tire had a hole about 2-3 inches, that was absolutely impossible for him to drive in that tire condition for an hour, as was stated by our repair professional.
The simple fact is, in these hard times, we are seeing an increase in damage claims, many of them bogus. The company needs to spend a valuable time to respond to false statements.
