I had these guys transport a 05 Ford Focus for me. First of all the pickup of the car was late. They were supposed to pick up the car on a Friday, and did not get the car until Monday. When they arrived later in the week, they had transported the car with the AIR OUT OF THE FRONT TIRES. The wheels were riding on the metal of the trailer. They said they did this ALL THE TIME so they could fit more cars on their carriers. I have shipped hundreds of cars - I HAVE NEVER seen another carrier do this. The car I had them transport had noted damage. The front wheels were curb rashed. I signed the bill of lading noting that the wheels were scratched, of course. BUT THEY RODE 600 miles without any air in them. I could not tell if there were bent when the truck dropped off the car. Once we had the car in our shop and in the air for inspection, we were able to note that BOTH FRONT WHEELS were bent. They were not bent where the curb rash was on the wheels. They were bent in another location. When I contacted the company about the damage, they reminded me that I had signed that there was no damage. I was unaware of the damage. When I asked for the name and number of their insurance carrier, they did not want to give it to me. I will never use them again, and will never use the broker that suggested that I use them. VERY disappointed. They were horrible to deal with on damage they caused.
